How to prepare and submit your manuscript to AINETEC 2027.

Prepare your manuscript

Format your paper using the AINETEC 2027 proceedings template. Papers must be written in English and must not exceed 12 pages, references included. Remove author names and affiliations from the manuscript body — AINETEC 2027 reviews are double-blind.

Submit through the platform

Upload your manuscript as a PDF through the AINETEC 2027 submission platform (link to be announced). Create an account if this is your first submission, and double-check your track selection before confirming.

Peer review

Each submission is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers matched to its track. Authors are notified of the outcome — accept, reject, or revise — by April 15, 2027.

Camera-ready & publication

Accepted authors revise their manuscript according to reviewer feedback and submit a camera-ready version, along with editable source files (LaTeX or Word), by May 10, 2027.

Before you submit

  • Submissions must report original work that has not appeared elsewhere in print.
  • A manuscript may not be under review at another conference, journal, or workshop at the same time.
  • Plagiarism or self-plagiarism results in immediate rejection, at any stage of review.
  • At least one author of every accepted paper must complete registration and present the work in Marrakech.
